By contracting Siding Solutions to provide an Installation Certification inspection you can be assured of a proper installation that conforms with the siding manufacturer's printed installation specifications and have record of it for your files.

Siding Solutionswill provide a compliance punch list to your Siding Installer with deficiencies, if any, listed for correction or completion and then we will re-inspect to ensure that the corrections have been executed.
As Third Party Inspectors we are in a position to compel your Siding Contractor to get the job done right, leaving your relationship with them intact. This will require compliance, by the contractor, prior to final payment for the installation.

Provided with a"Certificate of Compliance"from Siding Solutions Inc. and the manufacturer's warranty you received from the siding contractor, you will have the tools needed to pursue any claims should problems arise due to defective material. You will have proof that the installation was done properly.

We will provide two certificates, one for your records and another for your Siding Contractor's records.Cost to the Homeowner: $450.00*
